Yes! Before booking, you’ll need a one-on-one so that we can keep you safe during our training sessions. You’ll then be able to safely join our group sessions. Find out more about pregnancy-safe training here.
Let us know about any injuries or pregnancies before booking into your first class. Make sure you let your trainer know about your injury when you get to class so they can adjust movements if needed.
We recommend light, breathable clothing designed for exercise.
All mats and props are provided, just bring a bottle of water and get ready to get sweaty! Towels also recommended
We suggest getting to the studio 5-10 minutes early so you can get a park. For safety reasons, no entry is permitted 5 minutes after class has started.
