WHAT TO WEAR?

We recommend light, breathable clothing designed for exercise.

WHAT TO BRING?
​
All mats and props are provided, just bring a bottle of water and a full sized beach towel and get ready to get sweaty!

INJURIES & PREGNANCY
​
Please ensure you let us know of any injuries or pregnancies before booking in to your first class. You will be turned away if it is not safe for you to participate in the class due to injury or pregnancy. ​​

I'M PREGNANT, DO I NEED TO LET YOU KNOW?
​​​​
Yes! Before booking, you’ll need a one-on-one so that we can keep you safe during our training sessions. You’ll then be able to safely join into our group sessions.
