Stay fit and strong throughout your pregnancy by training in studio or online with The Loft. After an initial private session, our Mums-to-be are able to jump into group Reformer, Barre and Mat Pilates classes. Our instructors will keep you feeling safe, nurtured, and challenged as you train.


Over 80% of our classes can be modified to be the perfect low impact pregnancy-safe workout. We'll keep you inspired, motivated and loving your training throughout all aspects of your pregnancy. 


Our Mums and Bubs classes are specifically designed post-natal workouts to get new Mums back into shape after giving birth. The class is a dynamic, whole body barre workout. Bubs are worn in baby-carriers, so you don't miss a single cuddle.
