PREGNANCY SAFE
WORKOUTS

Over 80% of our classes can be modified to be the perfect low impact pregnancy-safe workout. We'll keep you inspired, motivated and loving your training throughout all aspects of your pregnancy at The Loft.

To train in the studio, all pregnant clients are required to do an initial private session. This is where you will learn what is safe for you and your bump throughout your pregnancy, what to feel and what not to feel. 

​

From there our prenatal clients are welcome to join into our reformer, barre, non-heated mat and yoga classes. Our trainers will keep you feeling safe, nurtured and challenged as you train throughout your pregnancy.

POST-NATAL
WORKOUTS

After receiving your obstetricians clearance, post natal clients are welcome to return to all classes at the studio. It is important to mention to your trainer that you are postpartum, how recently you gave birth and if you had any complications or if you need any specific modifications.
 
It is important to listen to your body as you train as every postpartum journey is different. However, our instructors will be able to modify all drills to create low-impact but high intensity options to get you working up a safe sweat postpartum.
 
And of course, your bubs are welcome in our gorgeous creche at no extra charge. Find out the hours at your local studio.
