Not at all. Barre Pilates is inspired by ballet movement but doesn’t require dance training. It’s all about control, posture and repetition.

Is barre Pilates good for beginners?
Yes, barre Pilates are generally considered good for beginners. Classes at The Loft are open to all levels and we offer variations for everybody. Just let your instructor know if you’re new or have any injuries.

We’ll provide everything you need in the studio, including the barre, resistance bands and light hand weights.
