All purchases from the Loft are non-refundable and non-transferable.

You will need to sign a package agreement each time you purchase a new package or membership. By signing the agreement you agree to all of the T&Cs stated. 

If you have an existing / ongoing injury, pregnant or postnatal you must inform the studio prior to your class. We will turn you away if we deem the class not suitable for you.

CLASS PACKS:

The Loft has a strict Cancellation policy for classes. A Late Cancellation is where you cancel your booking within the stated cancellation time related to that class or you fail to attend. If you late cancel or fail to attend your credit will be retained. Entry to a class will not be permitted if you arrive over 5 minutes late and this will constitute as a no show.

If you do not agree with these terms and conditions you should not purchase a Class Pass at The Loft

MEMBERSHIPS

Memberships at The Loft have a non-negotiable  minimum term of 24 payments at the agreed rate. Early termination of contracts means that you are still liable for the balance of the charges for your contract period. We will debit a full lump sum payment of the charges for the balance of your term.  (Minimum term is 24 payments, not including your deposit). Pausing your membership will incur a weekly fee. Memberships will automatically continue after the minimum term until cancelled by the client or the company. Membership cancellations need to be received in writing.

CLASS CANCELLATION WHILST ON A MEMBERSHIP

The Loft memberships have a strict Late Cancellation policy. Clients will be charged a fee of $20.00, on top of weekly membership payments for Late Cancellations/no-shows of reformer classes, or $10.00 for late cancellations or no-shows of any mat/barre/yoga classes. Entry to a class will not be permitted if you arrive over 5 minutes late and this will constitute as a no show.

If you do not agree with these terms and conditions you should not purchase a Membership at The Loft.

FAILED PAYMENTS

All failed payments incur a fee from the debit company. The Loft is not responsible for any fees deducted from your account due to failed payments.
