They play while you train! Our creche facilities are equipped with fun and educational toys, pram parking for sleeping babies, sensory walls and more to ensure your little one loves their time at The Loft as much as the parents!

Creche is available for class and sauna sessions Monday to Friday and one day on the weekends depending on the studio. Parents must be on site at all times while their child is in the creche.​

There’s more to infrared saunas than just getting hot! Unlike traditional saunas which heat the air, an infrared sauna uses infrared light to heat the body directly. This raises your core body temperature, making you sweat and raising your heart race! This makes your body think it’s exercising – great, huh? Because of this, there are so many health benefits that come from regular infrared saunas.

ICE BATH​

Get ready to plunge! Just like a quick dip in winter, an ice bath is a short plunge in cold water. It’s also known as cold water immersion or cryotherapy with the water temperature set between 50 and 59° fahrenheit. The session can last up to 15 minutes. Cold water immersion has been shown to be effective at recovery and easing sore muscles, among a bunch of other benefits. Cool, right?

These boots are made for compression! If you’ve never tried compression boots before, you don’t know what you’re missing out on. Compression boots use air pressure to massage your legs and boost circulation, which can help with recovery after a Pilates session.
