It’s Pilates, but turned all the way up. Hot Pilates at The Loft is a full-body workout that blends powerful movement, mindful breath and serious sweat in a heated studio. Expect strength, stability and a whole lot of good vibes.
Whether you're new to Pilates or looking for a fresh challenge, hot Pilates brings energy, intensity and connection to every session. And trust us, there's no better feeling than walking out of the studio sweaty and strong.
What is hot Pilates?
Hot Pilates is a mat-based workout performed in a 32°C heated room. It combines the core focus of traditional Pilates with higher-intensity flow, designed to build strength, improve mobility and get you sweating from the first few minutes.
Think of it as Pilates’ spicy cousin. It’s still low-impact and joint-friendly, but with the added challenge (and benefit) of heat. Expect dynamic movement, steady holds, and a workout that fires up your muscles and your mindset.
